Like food and light are very vital to life, It’s no secret that water is the source of life. Although, most people don’t drink enough of it or are drinking poor quality water.


So how much water should you take daily? It’s one of the most controversial questions that’s been proven hard to answer. According to most health authorities, it’s eight glasses a day, which equates to about two liters.


Water helps hydrates our body and hydration is key to health. The highest percentage of our body is water, even our cells are hydrophobic, they love water.


Taking enough water regularly isn’t just refreshing and quenching, it’s vital to our wellbeing. The benefits that it brings to our bodies, on the inside and the outside back much of the importance of drinking water up.


Keeping yourself hydrated can go a long way to influence how you look and feel.

  • Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.

The following list gives the number of days of treatment required to cure/control/ reduce main diseases:

  • High Blood Pressure (30 days)
  • Gastric (10 days)
  • Diabetes (30 days)
  • Constipation (10 days)
  • Cancer (180 days)
  • Tuberculosis  (90 days)
  • Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from the 2nd week onwards daily.

This treatment method has no side effects. However, at the commencement of treatment, you may have to urinate a few times.
