How To Reverse Knee Arthritis And Gout

Knees hurting? You are not alone. The prevalence of knee arthritis among people in the world has doubled over the past few years.

There are several causes that has been discovered but we have unknown factors are causing more people to suffer from aching knees.

Knee arthritis is one of the leading causes of disability and there is need for more findings by researchers to help better understand why more and more people are developing it.

Today, many people over 45 years old suffer from knee osteoarthritis, in which joint cartilage breaks down; the odds of developing it climb as we get older. Scientists have long suspected that number has risen in recent generations.

One silence joint-straining suspect is obesity, which now affects more than one-third of adults in developed countries.

One modern bad habit that may be partly to blame is inactivity. Because we spend more time sitting and looking at screens, from smartphones to TVs, our leg muscles and cartilage might be weaker, causing our joints to break down faster.

Whatever the cause, knee arthritis can be very painful, restrict movements, making many people to gain weight and develop other health problems.

We have a secret solution to it, you can reverse it with the following simple home remedies.

Joint Detox Ingredients

  1. Apple cider vinegar:  2 litres
  2. Black molasses:  500 gms
  3. Honey:  500 gms
  4. Epsom salt:  1 kg

Procedure

  1. In the morning, dissolve a teaspoon (five ml) of honey in 100 ml of lukewarm water.
  2. Add three teaspoons (15 ml) of apple cider vinegar to it. This mixture should be taken thrice daily. For an average built person of 70 kg, a daily intake of 45 ml of apple cider vinegar (15 ml x 3 times = 45 ml) is recommended.
  3. Do not take a lower dose, but, if your weight is lower than 70 kg, reduce it proportionately. The quantity of apple cider vinegar in the blood should be sufficient to dissolve uric acid from joints in a six week long treatment.
    Note: Do not worry about nausea or vomiting, if it occurs.
  4. Have one teaspoon of black molasses, three times a day.
  5. Take three epsom salt baths every week.
  6. Have a full range of alkaline food rich in vitamins, minerals and protein to help burn acids already accumulated in the body.
  7. Try to work the joints gently by walking in fresh air. If that is not possible, even slow movement on crutches in a well ventilated room will help. Begin with efforts to move fingers and ultimately, move the limbs.
  8. Drink 200 ml of green vegetable juices three times a day (or asper your convenience) made from a large handful of spinach, a large handful of parsley, five carrots with tops intact and three radishes. There is no need to wait to get all vegetables before starting the cleanse. Start the treatment with whatever vegetables you get from this list. Avoid any vegetable that does not suit your metabolism.

Do the complete treatment for six weeks. When acidic chemicals present in the joints leave the body through vinegar => blood => urine, pain will also leave the body.
